Mr. Don Langston is the President and CEO of Aire Rite Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Incorporated located in Huntington Beach, California.  Aire Rite service area encompasses all 6 counties of Southern California with special project teams that operate throughout the Southwest United States. With a team of over 150 people, Aire Rite specializes in services for automation and building controls, IAQ solutions, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration for the C-Stores, food service, educational, government, institutional, office, and retail, customers.  Aire Rite supports a large and diverse commercial base in the small to medium building size of 3,000 to 50,000 square feet range.

Don is the founder of the non-profit 501c “Human Works” to develop the next generation of skilled technicians and workforce development. Don has a passion to educate decision makers, contractors, and technicians on the proper design and operation of HVACR equipment in order to maximize operating efficiency and reduce life-cycle costs. This data comes from a variety of research and development projects and initiatives Don has personally led.  Don is actively working with local high schools and community colleges to recruit the next generation into the HVACR industry.
