Meet Genesis, Rodolfo, and Luis!

GodF1rst is also sponsoring three young adults to El Salvador for a three months intense discipline study.

Three young adults with an unwavering passion for personal growth and community impact are answering the call. (Matthew 4:19). Chosen amidst a sea of hopefuls in the indigenous Embera village of MajePanama, they have been granted a life-changing opportunity to embark on a transformative journey. Pioneering from their hometowns, they are bound for Calvary Chapel, El Salvador, on August 12, 2023, where a three-month intensive discipling training by Pastor Carlos Bautista Hernandez awaits them. Each carrying unique dreams, experiences, and aspirations is united by a shared desire to make a profound difference in their lives and the world around them. As they prepare to immerse themselves in this enlightening adventure, let us delve into the captivating stories of Genesis, Rodolfo, and Luis and witness how their destinies intertwine with purpose, resilience, and an unyielding spirit of hope.

Raising $1400 each for three indigenous Embera youth from El Maje, Panama, to attend a three-month intensive discipling course in San Salvador represents a powerful opportunity to support education, personal growth, and cross-cultural exchange. Let's delve into the significance and potential impact of this fundraising initiative:

  • Educational Empowerment: Education is a transformative force that can uplift individuals and communities. You are investing in their future by funding these indigenous youth to attend the intensive discipling course. The course can provide them with valuable knowledge, skills, and insights they can apply and share with their community upon their return.
  • Spiritual and Personal Growth: The discipling course can be a transformative experience for the youth on a spiritual and personal level. It may help them develop a more profound sense of purpose, values, and self-awareness, fostering personal growth and sustainable resilience.
  • Cross-Cultural Learning: Sending these youth to San Salvador for the course offers a unique opportunity for cross-cultural learning and understanding. They will interact with peers from different backgrounds, exchange ideas, and gain new perspectives, enhancing their appreciation for diversity.
  • Leadership Development: The intensive course will likely foster leadership skills among the participants. As they learn to navigate challenges, collaborate with others, and take on responsibilities, they can return to El Maje as empowered leaders ready to make a positive impact.
  • Community Impact: The impact of this initiative goes beyond the three youths attending the course. Sharing their knowledge and experiences with their community can inspire others to pursue education and personal growth. This ripple effect can contribute to the overall development and well-being of El Maje.

In conclusion, raising $1400 each for three indigenous Embera youth from El Maje to attend the discipling course in San Salvador holds tremendous educational, personal, and community growth potential. Uniting in a common purpose to know God and make Him known is a profound concept involving spirituality and outreach. It centers around seeking a deeper understanding of God and actively sharing that understanding with others.  Knowing God involves exploring one's faith, beliefs, and spirituality through prayer, meditation, studying his word, and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit. It's a personal journey that fosters a stronger connection with the one and only true God, that helps individuals find meaning and purpose.

On the other hand, making God known involves spreading the message of faith and spirituality to others, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs. This can be done through acts of kindness, charity, and being a positive example of one's thoughts. It may also involve engaging in interfaith dialogues and promoting understanding and tolerance among religious communities. By uniting for this common purpose, people can find a sense of community, support, and shared values. It promotes harmony, empathy, and compassion among individuals, fostering a world where people can coexist peacefully despite their diverse spiritual paths. Ultimately, uniting to know God and make Him known can create a more inclusive, understanding, and spiritually enriched society, allowing individuals to find fulfillment in their beliefs and contribute positively to the well-being of others. Through compelling storytelling, (parables) strategic outreach, and transparent communication, this fundraising initiative can bring about a transformative and empowering experience for the youth and contribute to a brighter future for El Maje.

Putting GodF1rst is faith in action, and the need is GREAT locally and around the World!

Stand together with us, as we choose to put GodF1rst in everything that we do. As a faith-based missional organization, we work only by the generous gifts and financial backing from those of you, who choose to partner with us.

Please pray that the needs of the needy will be met fully. We are commanded by Jesus to support the poor and needy among them with compassion and understanding. Our faith into action, telling people about me everywhere in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Yes, the poor, the hungry, the thirsty, the sick, and much more. It is these values that form the essential foundations of a happy and fulfilled life.

A commitment to monthly support is a huge help, but a one-time or periodic gift advances the work too!
